Please note that the product cannot be exchanged or returned due to the nature of custom orders. Each order is specifically tailored to meet the individual customer's requirements.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 to 14 business days. Please note that with the state of the seasons and sales, orders may arrive later than usual. To know the exact time of receiving your order, you can contact customer service to confirm the receipt time.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
